PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PE Form Release™ is an organic-based liquid form release agent ideal for providing fast and simple release to architectural bondable concrete surfaces. PE Form Release™ effectively prevents bonding of concrete to forms and provides a clean finish when de-bonding occurs.

APPLICATION
Clean any freestanding debris from forms be applying. Apply PE Form Release™ directly from container by cross spraying uniformly on forms in a thin, but continuous layer. Avoid pin holes and uncoated areas. Prior to coating plywood forms, apply 1 or 2 heavy brush coats to edges to ensure complete water proofing protection. For best results, lightly fog PE Form Release™ using a atomizing spray tip. One can also apply using roller, mopping or brushing.

CLEAN-UP
PE Form Release™ can be cleaned with sprayers and other application equipment using water.

- When any material is to be applied over newly formed concrete, follow the application instructions.
